In the first case,
myopia is an eye defect due to which the person is unable to see objects which are placed far from him.
however as mentioned by you distance is 10cm which is quite close...
in the second case,
hypermetropia is an eye defect due to which the person is unable to see nearby placed objects which satisfies your case...
Note: Here,presiopia also may be an answer as it is old aged hypermetropia...
so..option (2) ,(3) are the right ones...
I guess you are unable to figure out what distance should be considered as standard one...
My tip for you is to think practically...take a scale measure 10 cms in it...and place yourself towards on object at about 10 cms and observe...what do you think isn't it close enough to satisfy hypermetric condition...
