Answer:

When a bacteria is entering to the body of a person for first time, our body won't have antibodies against it. Body need to produce antibodies which will take some time and it's called primary immune response. When the same bacteria enter inside the body again, antibodies are already present and body will be resistant to it's attack thereby causing resistance from that disease and is called secondary immune response.
