“A person exerts a large force on an almirah to push it forward but he is not pushed backward because the almirah exerts a small force on him”. Is the argument given here correct? Explain.

No The argument given is wrong. According to newtons third law action and reaction are equal and opposite and act on different objects. when he pushes the object no work.is done. The force he applies on almirah acts back on his and and cancels each other..
