if the top end of the mirror is placed at the level of person eye then we can say that here image will form by following the law of reflection.

angle of incidence = angle of reflection

so now we can say

the part of the body which is in front of the mirror is seen by the eye clearly as well as its double length also get reflected from the end of the mirror as we say that angle of incidence = angle of reflection

so here the total length of the body is L then we need length of the mirror be L/2 to see the complete image

so if the person height is 6 feet so we required minimum 3 feet mirror which is placed at the level of eye to see the complete image
