let his income be 100
man save = 20/100 × 100 =20 rupee

according to questions
his income increased by 20 rupee
then his income=100+20=120
he save = 30/100 × 120= 36 rupee

so his savings increased= 36 - 20 = 16 rupee
percentage of increasing = 16/ ×100
= 16 Percent
