A person standing on single foot can easily be knocked down than a person standing on both feet.

We usually stand on both feet, in order to balance ourselves.

Our body is bilaterally symmetrical.

If we stand on both the feet our weight gets distributed evenly on both our legs.

In case we stand on single foot, other side of the body isn't balanced.

An unbalanced body will be in unstable position. That is if we provide an external forces , it can easily be knocked down.
