Average speed = Total distance /Total time
V = (100 + 80 + 45) / (40 + 40 + 20)
V = 225/100
V = 2.25 m/s

Average speed of that person is 2.25 m/s

 \displaystyle Distance = 100m + 80m + 45m\\ Distance = 225m\\ Time = 40s + 40s + 20 s\\ Time = 100s\\\\\text{we know'}\\Avg.Speed = \frac{total distance}{total time}\\ Avg.Speed = \frac{225}{100}\\Avg.Speed = 2.25 m/s @duragpalsingh
