The reason is related to the 9th Std (CBSE pattern) roots.
Actually, what happens is, when we take in concentrated salt solution, the cells of our body shrinks.... Why?.... this is because osmosis takes place and the solution outside the cells become hypertonic and the cells loose water.
As the cells loose water the shrink.
The water from cells actually accumulate in our stomach and as excess of water accumulates there, due to contraction and peristelysis, the water comes out in the form of vomit which consists of cough from our throat diffused in it during coming out.
So, it is usually recommended not to take lot of salt solution.
