When person drinks concentrated salt solution then it eventually reaches to intestine. As salt solution contains more solutes than nearby tissues, then the water from those tissues starts moving to intestine. This process is endosmosis. In which the water molecules move from lower solute concentration to higher solute. Concentration through intestinal wall. Intestine cannot tolerate strain due to extra water is spilled out through vomiting.
