Explanation:

for distance:

distance = 3.5 x 2π x R = 1099 meter

for displacement:

For one round displacement is zero because initial and final points are same. So for 3 complete rounds it will also be zero. Now 0.5 round is left which means half revolution. So the distance between initial and final point is equal to the length of diameter = 2R = 50 x 2 = 100 meter.
