Dear Student,

● Answer -

h = 106.47 m

● Explanation -

Let h be the height of tower. Distance between man and tower is given by x = h.cotθ.

When a person is walking 45 m towards the tower, angle changes from 45° to 60°.

x1 - x2 = 45

h.cot45° - h.cot60° = 45

h (cot45° - cot60°) = 45

h (1 - 0.5774) = 45

h × 0.4226 = 45

h = 45 / 0.4226

h = 106.47 m

Hence, find the height of the tower is 106.47 m.

Thanks dear...
