A person wanted to have bread but when he applied butter on the bread he found that the butter had turned brown and was smelling foul.why does it happen so???plz answer.

Butter contains milk solids and fat. Now these milk solids have a low smoking point compared to the fat and the oil. While oils can take high heat, butter just can't, so the beurre Noisette is a result of milk solids in the butter toasting and taking on a deep flavour and brown colour
