1m slipped for every 5m climbed. Building height is 53m. He takes 5 seconds to climb every 1m.
So, 5x5=25 seconds, 5-1=4,
so, the rate of ascent is 25seconds per 4m. So, 53/4=13 (The remainder is ignored as he OBVIOUSLY won't slip at the last step.)
SO, 13x25 = 325!
Hope you found the explanation helpful!
