If we see in different countries like United States, there are three level heirarchy of court system. The first one is lower court. If the person is not satisfied with the decision of lower court he can appeal to intermediate court or appellate court. If he is not satisfied with the decision of Appallete court, he can take the case to the Higher Court or States Supreme Court.
