Mass(m)= 200kg

Height(h)= 7m

Time(t)= 6 seconds

Force of gravity (g)= 10m/(s*s)

Work done(W)= mgh

= 200X7X10

= 14000Joules

Since, power is equal to work done divided by time taken, so

Power= W/t

= 14000/6

= 2333.3333....W= 2333.3W

1 kW= 1000W

So, 2333.3W = 2333.3/1000= 2.33kW
