Q-> A physical quantity x is given by a relation a^2b/√ c if it is a error of measurement A B and C are 2% 3% and 4% respectively calculate percentage error in X

answer : 9%

explanation : A physical quantity x is given by a relation, \bf{x=\frac{a^2b}{\sqrt{c}}}

so, % error of measurement of x = 2 × % error of measurement of a + % error of measurement of b + 1/2 × % error of measurement of c.

given, % error of measurement of a = 2%

% error of measurement of b = 3%

and % error of measurement of c = 4%

then, % error of measurement of x = 2 × 2% + 3% + 1/2 × 4%

= 4% + 3% + 2% = 9% .
