Breadth of the picture = 60cm

Length of picture = 1.8m = 180cm

suppose p= perimeter

L = length

B = breadth

Solution

we know that perimeter of rectangle is

 = 2(l + b)

 = 2(60 + 180) = 480

So ratio of it's width and perimeter

 \frac{width}{perimeter}  =  \frac{60}{480}  =  \frac{1}{8}

So ratio of width and perimeter is 1:8
