Answer:Given volume of copper = 4.4 dm³ = 4.4 x 10⁻³ m³

diameter of cylinder wire = 0.025 cm = 0.025 x 10⁻² m

=> radius of cylinder wire =  0.025/2 x 10⁻² m

let h be the length of the wire,

we know that volume of the cylinder = πr²h = (22/7) x (0.025/2 x 10⁻²)² x h

since the wire is drawn from the copper hence volume of both will remain same,

=> (22/7) x (0.025/2 x 10⁻²)² x h = 4.4 x 10⁻³

=> (22/7) x (25/2 x 10⁻⁵)² x h = 4.4 x 10⁻³

=> (22/7) x 625/4 x 10⁻¹⁰ x h = 4.4 x 10⁻³

=> h = (4.4 x 7 x 4 x 10⁷)/(22x625)

=> h = 89.6 x 10³ m = 89.6 km

Hence the length of the wire will be 89.6 km
