1 mm = 1/10 cm
volume of cylinder = pi r^2h
=22/7(1/2)cm(11) = please find out and that will be (1)
volume of new formed wire = 22/7 (1/20cm) (x) = (1)
it is 1/20 because .5 mm is converted into cm's
equate both the equations and u will find the answer
                                                 hope it helps
