Answer:

30 cm

Option D

Step-by-step explanation:

One side of equilateral triangle = 31.4 cm

Perimeter = 31.4 + 31.4 + 31.4 =  3 * 31.4 cm

Perimeter of circle = Pie * Diameter

= > 3.14 * Diameter = 3 * 31.4

=> Diameter = 30 cm

shahidkhan243503: S0RRY, YOU ARE WRONG THE CORRECT ANSWER IS 15 CM
amitnrw: Dear 15 cm will be the radius. Diameter will be 2*15 = 30 cm

Answer:-20cm

Step-by-step explanation:so a/c to your question

Let 1 side of triangle be x

Therefore 3x=circumference of circle so formed

= 3×31.4cm=circumference

94.2cm=circumference

Now,

Circumference=2× pie × r

94.2 =2×22/7×r

94.2×7/44=r

14.98=r

Therefore d=2r

d=2×14.98

D=19.96cm

=20cm(aprox.)

amitnrw: 2×14.98 = 29.96 not 19.96
amitnrw: you could better use pie = 3.14 instead of 22/7
kavitaravindraagrawa: But using 22/7 is better
kavitaravindraagrawa: And if accessory to use3.14 that it must be given in the question.
kavitaravindraagrawa: It's question of y
kavitaravindraagrawa: 9th standard
amitnrw: 31.4 / 3.14 = 10 thats why i said to use pie = 3.14 . Its always better to choose value of pie 22/7 or 3.14 depending on other data
