Given equal sides to Base Ratio=5:3
There will be 2 sides and 1 base So Ratio=5:5:3
Let Ratio=5x,5x and 3x
Wire length=78cm

13x=78
x=78/13
x=6
Base=3x=3×6=18 cm
Base=18 cm
