Length of wire = perimeter of circle
2πr=2*22/7*14 = 88
Perimeter of rectangle = length of wire
2(l+b)=88
2(30+b) = 88
60+2b =88
b = 14

Find the length of the wire:

Length of the wire = 2πr

Length of the wire = 2π (14) = 88 cm

Find the breath of the rectangle:

Perimeter = 2( Length + Breadth)

88 = 2( 30 + Breadth)

88 = 60 + 2 Breadth

2 Breadth = 88 - 60

2 Breadth = 28

Breadth = 28 ÷ 2 = 14 cm

Answer: The breadth is 14 cm
