ATQ:-

Perimeter of rectangle=Circumference of circle
So let the radius of circle be r cm
Length of rectangle=40 cm
Breadth of rectangle=26 cm

Now:-

 = > 2(l + b) = 2\pi \times r

 = > 2(40 + 26) = 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times r

 = > 2 \times 66 = \frac{44}{7}r

 = > \frac{2 \times 66 \times 7}{44} = r

 = > r = 21

Therefore, the radius of the circle is 21 cm

Answer:

PERIMETER OF RECTANGLE =CIRCUMFERENCE OF CIRCLE

SO LET THE RADIUS OF CIRCLE BE RCM

LENGTH OF RECTANGLE 40CM

BREADTH OF RECTANGLE =26CM

=2(L+B)=2R*R=2(40 +26)=2*22/7*R

=2*66=44/7R

=2*66*7/44=R

=R=21

THEREFORE THE RADIUS OF THE CIRCLE IS 21 CM.
