The sand is out into a small bag, a medium bag and a large bag in the ratio 2:3:7
Work out the weight of sand in each bag

let the common multiple be x

thus, 2x+ 3x +7x= 90

12x =90

x =90/12=15/2

therefore weight of sand in small bag=2x=15 kg , medium bag=3x= 22.5 kg, large bag=7x=52.5kg
