radius of the base of the cylinder=21cm
height of the cylinder=3m=300cm
the covered surface area=curved surface area
=2πrh
=2×22/7×21×300
=44×900
39600cm

Volume of the pillar= πr²h
=22/7×21×21×300
=66×6300
=415800cm³
