the speed of the plane :
v = √(500^2) + (90^2) km/h
= 508.04 km/h
The direction of the palne :
tan θ = 90/500
=>θ = tan^-1 (90/500) = 10.20°( South of East)
Hence,the speed of the plane relative to ground will be 508.04 km/h and the direction of the plane will be 10.20°(S to E)
