A planet has mass 2 times and radius 3 times that of the Earth.

The acceleration due to gravity on the planet, if the acceleration due to gravity on the Earth is 10 m/s2

g = GM/R^2

g' = G*2M/9R^2

So,

 \frac{g'}{g}  =   \frac{2}{9}

g' =  \frac{2}{9} \times 10 =  \frac{20}{9}
