A plank measures 1 metre 50 centimetres. I cut off 2/5 of the plank. How long is the
remaining plank now?​

Fraction of plank cut off = \frac{2}{5}

∴ Length of plank cut off = 150 cm × \frac{2}{5}

                                         = 60 cm

∴ The remaining length of the plank = 150cm - 60cm

                                                             = 90 cm (Ans)
