This Statement is True
Explanation
Some are not viable. Some are crunched up when being eaten and destroyed. Some dry out and loose viability. Some get put into seed packets and never get sown. Some get planted and get fungal infestations. Some begin to sprout and get eaten before emerging from the soil, others after emerging. Others start growth but don't have enough rain or nutrients to keep growing. It reduces the numbers a lot.
Pretty much the same range of things that happen with any seed.
