\mathbb{ SOLUTION } :

Given :
Area of the rectangle is 1728 m²
And the length of the rectangle is three times its breadth.

Let,
the breadth of the rectangle be x m
so, length = 3x m

We know that,
Area of rectangle = length*breadth

=> 1728 = 3x*x

=> 1728 = 3x²

=> 1728 ÷ 3 = x²

=> 576 = x²

=> \sqrt{576} = x

=> 24 = x

\therefore breadth = x = 24 m
and
length = 3x = 3*24 = 72 m

Now,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(length + breadth)

= 2(72 + 24)

= 2*96

= 192 m

Heya!!

Let the breadth of a rectangle be x.

According to question,

Length = 3 * breadth

= 3x

Given :

Area of a rectangle = 1728 m^2

=) x * 3x = 1728 m^2

=) 3x^2 = 1728 m^2

=) x^2 = 1728/3

=) x^2 = 576 m^2

=) x^2 = 24^2

=) x = 24m

Hence breadth = 24m

=) length = 3* 24

= 72m.

Since Perimeter of rectangle = 2(l+b)

= 2(24+72)

= 2(96)m

= 192 m.

Hope it helps uh!!
