but here given mirror image about an x-axis is (5,-7) and it is also lie in fourth quadrant

so by comparing both mirror image points

Then we get value of x

x+2=5,x+4=-7

x+2=5,x+4=7

x=5-2=3,x=7-4=3

:. points lies in first quadrants is 5,7
