A point D is taken on the side BC of a ∆ABC such that BD = 2DC. Prove that ar(∆ ABD) = 2ar (∆ADC).

They can,t be equal because the base is diffrent BD = 2DC.Hense this cant be proved they are in the ratio ABD = 1/3ADC.
