A point object is placed at the centre of curvature of a concave mirror (taken as origin ) . A plane mirror is also placed at a distance of 10cm from the object .Consider two reflection first at plane mirror and then at concave mirror

1) plane mirrior forms a image of the object of same size but it will be virtual and erect .the image well formed behind the screen .
2) in concave mirror the image will form at C and it is also of same size .but this image will be real and inverted.

in both cases the image distance is 10 cm
