According to statement

AP = 13.

 \sqrt{ {(x - 11)}^{2}  +  {(0 - 12)}^{2} }  = 13 \\ squaring \: both \: sides \\  {(x - 11)}^{2}  + 144 = 169 \\  {(x - 11)}^{2}  = 169 - 144 \\  {(x - 11)}^{2}  = 25 \\  =  > x - 11 = 5 \: or \: x - 11  =  - 5 \\ x = 16 \: or \: 6

So coordinates of P is (16, 0) and (6, 0)
