This can be easily solved by understanding the figure with more concentration.

Now look at those arcs of angle A and angle B

The arc of ang. 1 is the ang. POQ (The whole angle)

And the angle 2 is the angle ROQ.

Now angle POQ = Ang. ROQ + ROP

So, Angle ROQ is common. So the point inside ROQ is B.

The answer is point B
