1. A polar bear is covered in a furry coat to be able to survive the cold. In      this way, it can keep warm.
2. Exercise increases the speed of many processes like respiration. Heat is       generated and released through such reactions.
3. Due to the furry coat of polar bears, heat cannot escape easily from their       bodies.
4. When a polar bear walks, it is a type of exercise. If it walks fast, more heat     will be generated, but it will not be able to escape. So, its body will get         overheated.
