let the length of pole =x

======================
length of green pole =x-x{1/10+1/20+1/30+1/40+1/50+1/60}
=x-x {60+20+15+6+5}/600
=x (1-106/600)
=x (494)/600
now,
length of green part =x (494/600)=12.08
x=12.08 x 600/494= 14.67 m

Solution:-

Let the length of the pole is 'x' meter.

So, length of the painted part except green portion
= x/10+x/20+x/30+x/40+x/50+x/60
Taking the L.C.M. of this and we get,
= (60x+30x+20x+15x+12x+10x)/600
= 147x/600
Length of the green part = x - 147x/600
⇒ 453x/600 = 12.08
⇒ 453x =  600*12.08
⇒ 453x = 7248
⇒ x = 7248/453
⇒ x = 16 mtere
So, the length of the pole is 16 m.
