Difference of police car from the car S
= 5km
Speed of the car U = 80km/ hr
speed of police car V = 90 km/ hr
time taken = (V - U) ÷ S
= 90 - 80 ÷ 5
= 2km
therefore Police car catches the car in 2hr
= 5km
Speed of the car U = 80km/ hr
speed of police car V = 90 km/ hr
time taken = (V - U) ÷ S
= 90 - 80 ÷ 5
= 2km
therefore Police car catches the car in 2hr
