Answer:

29 days

Step-by-step explanation:

because the flower doubles it size every day and the complete pool is covered after 30 days half of the pool will be covered one day before that

(because if on 29th day is half as it doubles it will complete the pool on 30th day)

Answer:

29 days

Step-by-step explanation:

In the middle of a round pool lies a beautiful water-lily.The water-lily doubles in size every day. After exactly 30 days the complete pool will be covered by the lily. After how many days will half of the pool be covered by the water-lily?

I have highlighted the catch .Now can you think of the answer ?? Yes it is pretty simple , the answer is 29.   It is given the lily doubles in size everyday .If it completely covers the pool in 30 days then it must have covered half of the pool in 29 Days.
