The working condition is one of the major factors which affects the mental condition of an employee. Since the employee needs to be a healthy and friendly condition so that he/she feels motivated to perform the duty. In case the working condition is poor, the employee may undergo mental stress. The absence of the basic facilities in the working condition is one of the major reason for causing irritability in the employees. The colleagues and the staff members are the people who create a healthy environment and if they are obnoxious, they become a cause of mental strain to other employees.
