Here we have been given that

population = 1,25,000

Annual Birth Rate = 3.3%

Annual Death Rate =  1.3%

Therefore, Annual Growth Rate = ( Annual Birth Rate - Annual Death Rate)%

                                                     = ( 3.3 - 1.3 )%

                                                     = 2%

therefore, population after 3 years = 125000 (1 + \frac{2}{100} )^{3}

                                                          = 125000(1 + \frac{1}{50}  )^{3}

                                                          = 125000(\frac{51}{50} )^{3}

                                                          = 125000 (\frac{132651}{125000})

                                                          = 132651

Therefore, population after 3 years is 132651
