Let the two numbers be x and y respectively(x>y).

According to the question,

x=5y ---(i)

x+2=4(y+2)

=>5y+2=4y+8 [Using (i)]

=>5y-4y=8-2

=>y=6

Substituting value of y in (i),

x=5×6=30

Thus, the two numbers are 6 and 30.
