let 2 numbers be x and 5x.

2(x+21)=5x+21

2x+42 = 5x +21

3x=21

x=7

other no. = 35(=5×7)

case 2

x+21=2(5x+21)

x+21=10x+42

-9x=21

x=-7/3

other number =-35/3

Hope it helps. naa help kre to comment lol

Let the Another Number be x.

And, the Positive Number be 5x.

_ACCORDING TO QUESTION_

21 is added to both side.

Another no. x+21,

Positive No. 5x+2.

Thus,

5x+21=2×(x+21)

5x+21=2x+42

5x-2x=42-21

3x=21

x=21/3=7

x=7.

•Hence, the another no=7.

Positive no.=5x=5×7=35.
