Given:

Total quantity of Juice = 40L

Juice removed = 4L

Removal times = 2

To Find:

Remaining juice in the pot

Solution:

Total quantity = 40

Since 4L is removed, therefore -

= 40 - 4

= 36L

Now,

Amount of Juice removed = 4 x Juice Quantity/Mixture Quantity

= 4 x 36/40

= 36/10

= 3.6

Therefore,

Juice remaining = 36 - 3.6

= 32.4 L

Again 4L is removed, thus -

Amount of Juice removed = 4 x Juice Quantity/Mixture Quantity

= 4 x 32.4/40

= 32.4/10

= 3.24

Juice remaining = 32.4 - 3.24

= 29.16

Answer: The juice remaining is 29.16L
