if 100x is the amount of total potatoes then 100x-70x=150
or 30x=150
or x=5
therefore total number of potatoes= 100*x
100*5= 500 potatoes

\huge\bold\purple{Solution}

30% =150 kg

let the total weight be x

30% of x =150 kg

 \frac{30}{100}  \times x = 150

x = 150  \times \frac{10}{3}

x = 50 \times 10

x  = 500kg
