this is the working.Hope this'll help you.if area is made one third then area will become 1/3 of 3 m² = 1m².Then p=F/A.
F=30N ,A=1m²
P=30/1=30Pa

Heya

We know that,

Pressure (P) = Force (F) / Area (A)

P = F/A

F = P × A

∴ F = 10 × 3 = 30 N

Case (2)

If A is made 1/3

1/3 of A ⇒ 1/3× 3 = 1

 F = P × A

F = 10 × 1 = 10 N

∴ If the area is made one - third, then the force also become one - third .
