A projectile is launched obliquely with an initial velocity u, inclined of an angle  to the horizontal. For the motion of the particle, state the equations of motion in component form.

Answer:

the projectile making an angle theta

then

for vertical velocity v= v sin theta

for horizontal velocity u= u cos theta

so now using these values in laws of motion we can get laws of motion in component form

for eg - v=u+at

v sin theta = u cos theta +at

so similarly just by substituting the value of v and u in laws of motion we can get all equations
