maximum height attained by the projectile is at the half of its range so the answer is 200m and it's min velocity is at highest point

The velocity will be minimum at the highest point.

So,x-co-ordinate is 4002 m ,i.e.,200m

Again,y=hmax=v2sin245∘2g

⇒v24g

⇒14×400m=100m
