Horizontal Velocity = Vcos35

Time of Flight = 2 * ( VSin35/g)

Horizontal Distance = Vcos35 * 2 * ( VSin35/g)

=>V²Sin70/g  = 4000 ( 4km = 4000 m)

=> V = 206 m/s

the initial velocity = 206 m/s

Time of Flight = 2 * ( VSin35/g) = 23.6 sec

maximum altitude velocity = horizontal Velocity = Vcos35 = 168.7 m/s
