Answer:

Profit = 70,000

Profit Percent % = 11.11%

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that ;

Price of the flat = Rs . 5,00,000

Spent on Repairing = Rs. 50,000

Spent Wood Work & White washing = Rs. 80,000

Selling Price of the flat ( SP ) = 7,00,000

Cost Price (C.P )

= Price of the flat + Money spent on the flat for repairing and Wood works

C.P = 5,00,000 + 50,000 + 80,000

C.P = 6,30,000

Dealer spent on the flat ( CP ) = 6,30,000

Profit = SP - CP

Profit = 7,00,000 - 6,30,000

Profit = Rs. 70,000

Profit Percent % = Profit / CP × 100

P% = 70,000 / 6,30,000 × 100

P% = 70,000 / 6,300

P% = 11.11 %
